This quiet area is 5 minutes from downtown Sebastian with antique shops, festivals, fishing, and riverfront dining. Lounge by the pool or fish off the dock. Bring a boat and island-hop or head to the inlet. The owner lives on the same property.

What a great place to stay! It was amazing to sit on the dock, by the pool, or on the deck and see the wildlife. So relaxing. Loved having the kayak available. We enjoyed grilling by the pool and spending time with friends in the pool and looking out over the water. The host, Katherine, was super friendly. She is very dog friendly and didn't mind when my brother brought his dog over. We can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Long weekend getaway

We loved the view from our room - the kayak being available to use to get to the little island was awesome - the local restaurants were really good & Kathy was a kind hostess - definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a quiet relaxing getaway.

Fisherman’s Choice

If you’re looking for a great spot to do some fishing and relax, this place is for you. We specifically chose to stay here because we brought our boat to do some fishing. Boat dock and lift right on the Indian River. Kathy was a great host. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Great location! On the water. Small islands close. Bridge to outer banks close also. Very clean! Contained everything we needed for a three night stay. Close to stores and restaurants. We would return.

Absolutely Perfect!

Absolutely LOVED this place! Amazing views, location, privacy, peaceful, clean, charming, friendly, dockage, you name it, this place has it all! We didn’t want to leave! It was the best rental we have ever stayed in and we stay in many a year along with owning a couple ourselves. As a couple in our 50’s, we love to travel and this place is a gem! So much better than a hotel. Kathy was super friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Lily was such a sweet hostess as well. She’s a well mannered (hypoallergenic) puppy that made us feel like family. Can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing place. Location is perfect and the studio has everything we needed. We spent our early mornings admiring the sunrise, and our evenings stargazing at the well appointed balcony.
