The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $50 per pet. Be sure to mention you’ll be bringing your furry member and we’ll send you a money request
Please be courteous to the guests visiting after you and our cleaning staff -No smoking permitted. Heavy fines will be issued
Checkout is at 10 am. Late check out of under 1 hour will result in a fee of a half nights stay, more than 1 hour will result in a full nights charge.
