Great for a group!

We really liked staying here. It was very nicely updated and spacious for a group. Just a short walk to the pool. Also loved that it was fully stocked with everything you needed....you dont need to pack shampoo/body wash etc because its all there. Great rental!

Michelle and her group were so easy to deal with. Glad they enjoyed the stay and the house. Always important to myself as a host that I met and hopefully exceed all my Guest expectations. Nice to see they appreciated the amenities that are included. Having been in the travel industry for more than 20-years, I try to use my experience to anticipate what Guests might have forgotten (shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc.) to bring with them and what items are bulky to pack (towels for the pool/lake, dog bowls) and to provide these. Always looking for ways to add more value and less hassle. Thanks Michelle. Hope to see you guys back again.

Great house for our Family Girls trip

This property has very spacious rooms, each of the three bedrooms has its own bath. Wonderful! Also the property owner was very responsive when contacted. Thank you for sharing this lake home.

Nice surprise

Family was too large to stay in one home...so we booked two in close proximity. This home was so much nicer than the other more expensive one. Comfy couches, spacious and just felt like a home... our others felt like an expensive Super 8. Great value here. enjoy

Home away from home

This house was perfect! Pictures don’t do justice. Plenty of space. Convenience of 3 full bathrooms. Host had home fully stocked with appliances, toilet paper, laundry and cleaning supplies, etc We also had our dog and leashes and dog beds were supplied as well. Near margaritaville. Would definitely stay again!

Lakes of the Ozarks

We are a family of 4 +2 dogs and we also had our friends a family of 3 stay with us. The place was very welcoming, the property manager answered any questions very quickly. We enjoyed the location and loved using the Margaritaville pool, slide, we went to Jolly Mon Water Park and rented a pontoon for a half a day. We’d highly recommend, we explored shopping and dining in nearby cities, went putt putting, hiked Ha Ha Tonka and toured the Bridal Caves. We’ll be back in the future!

Ozarks vacation

Overall this rental was perfect. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, but nothing that a mop & vacuum didn't resolve. The owner was super responsive and the house had a cute lake theme. Pool was close by, but at first we didn't really know where it was until we just kept walking. I would definitely recommend going to the Margaritaville resort - pool was awesome and the restaurant there was really good. We also rented a pontoon and the kids loved it with the tubing - was definitely worth the money.

Lovely House

We loved the house! Very comfortable despite a few problems. The master bedroom door cannot be opened from the inside and is difficult to open from the outside. This caused one of my family members to have a panic attack when stuck inside. There were also a few more minor issues which I will share with the homeowner.

Great layout, comfy beds, nice location, great decor. Dust and cobwebs in corners, window sills, and under beds. Lower bathrooms floors were gritty and decks were not blown. Non working outlet in lower bathroom and kitchen. Ice maker struggling a bit, water lining the bottom of the fridge, and lower panel of dishwasher hanging. Would be great if there was a coffee pot and some inflatables for the pool.

Fun Stay, Could Be Cleaner

We recently stayed at this property through Vrbo and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient and the amenities matched the description. However, cleanliness was a significant issue throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed dust and dirt in several areas, the floors were sticky, and some surfaces hadn't been properly cleaned. This detracted from our overall comfort and enjoyment of the property. Additionally, while the house itself was adequate, there were a few maintenance issues such as remotes missing batteries, ice machine did not work and we could never get the front door to lock when we left the house. There was a deadbolt that we could use while in the house but it didn't make us feel very safe that we had to leave the house unlocked while we were gone. On a positive note, the communication with the host was prompt and check-in/check-out procedures were straightforward. The neighborhood was quiet and we did appreciate the good views, comfortable beds and quick access to Margaritaville. In conclusion, while the property served its purpose for our stay, we were disappointed by the cleanliness standards. We hope that the host will take our feedback constructively to improve for future guests. I would also suggest a guest book with the checkin/checkout instructions, wifi password, how to work the lights, etc. That would be very helpful for future guests as well.

The house itself was nice, spacious, and had a lot of potential, but several maintenance and cleanliness issues affected our stay. The bedroom TV remote was missing and we never found it. The bathroom outlets didn’t work, several bedroom outlets weren’t functioning properly, and the A/C unit in the kitchen/dining area wasn’t working, making that space uncomfortable. The countertop ice crusher was also broken.Cleanliness could have been better. Dirty towels were left behind from previous guests, and we found trash underneath and behind one of the beds.The kitchen had the basics but was missing simple items like scissors, measuring cups, and food storage containers, which would have made cooking much easier.Our biggest frustration was the communication. We reported the electrical issues and were told twice that a maintenance person was coming. Because we were traveling with dogs, we stayed at the house waiting both times, but no one ever showed up. We lost valuable vacation time waiting for repairs that never happened.The home is nice and has great potential, but it needs better maintenance, more thorough cleaning, and better follow-through when guests report issues. With some attention to these details, it could easily be a five-star rental.

This property is great. It has lots of room and is simply beautiful! It's well stocked and close to Margaritaville with access to the amenities! Lots of room for the dogs. Wonderful property!!!

Great stay with family

On arrival the house was so cozy, we came on the hottest week of the year so far and the separate HVAC units in each room kept the temp perfect. Kitchen and house fully stocked. Grilled on the flat top while sitting on the deck. Lower level has two large rooms with 2 queens each, full closet and completely remodeled bathrooms. Any time I had a question the owner was so quick to respond for any questions we had. Was a great experience for the whole family. We came with 3 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Activities within 0.5 miles walking distance or a quick drive. We hope to be back again when visiting family next time we come to Missouri ❤️

Sara and her group are the perfect guests. Treated my home like their own and were very understanding about a few items that were not perfect. The house was completed renovated and they were the first guests to actually occupy it since the renovations. So there were of course a few small details that needed to be worked out. She was so understanding and willing to work with me. Wishing all my guests were like her. Open invite for her to return anytime.
