I just wanted to remark that our house cleaner said you left the house better than anyone else has before. I was a bit nervous about having 10 adults stay at the house and how it would be left, but you left it perfect. Thank you so much! We would gladly host you again anytime!

My husband and I are in the real estate investment business. We love to travel and experience new places and are happy to provide safe clean homes for other travelers.

Why they chose this property

The quietness of the street and the drive down Northlake to the end of the street is beautiful. LOTS of trees and wildlife. We are on the North end of lake Lanier which is much less busy than the South end, but all of the "action" is only about a 15 minute boat ride from our home. Lots of restaurants on the lake to try out and so much to explore out on the lake.

What makes this property unique

We are located on the point of a peninsula which gives our home great views of the lake from almost every window of the home. You can sit on the back screened porch and feel like no one is anywhere nearby. Wildlife is often found wandering through the back property and sometimes can even be seen in the front. The drive down our street is beautiful and lots of wildlife can be seen wandering and foraging throughout different seasons. The walk to the dock is not difficult and we have a lighted path with steps to clearly mark the pathway. If you want to enjoy the Gainesville Square where there are lots of shops, activities and great restaurants, it is only about a 15 minute drive from the house.
