The main level allows for guests to lounge in the living room or cook up your family favorite in the fully stocked kitchen. When the day is done, the basement is the kids favorite place to "hangout".

Blueberry Cottage offers a gas grill for the ultimate summertime BBQs and pick nick table for outdoor dining.

HOUSE SPECIFIC AMENITIES
Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Linens, Gas Grill (Propane included), Pack-n-Play, Highchair, Golf carts are available to rent by 3rd party, please call to inquire.

Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the Sandcastle Playground and other resort amenities.

PARKING
Parking for 1 vehicle ONLY, please do NOT block neighbors parking or access. Parking for trailers and boats is prohibited. Overflow parking lot available for additional cars.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($3 each) and Wristbands ($12 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

I highly recommend staying at Beachwalk Resort. Easy check in and the cottage was updated, pristine clean. The resort is in a perfect location in proximity to everything.

Booking was easy and questions were answered in a timely manner. What a perfect place for myself, spouse and 14 year old son to lodge at. We were there on the off season (mid October) for my oldest son's wedding with him renting a house down the road leads to my only complant of no golf cart available with this rental. Easiest way to get around this beautiful area.

Don't Park in Beach Walk

Now that you have subcontracted every aspect of Beachwalk we were sorely upset by your staff - no available golf carts when we arrived on Friday - and their office is not open until Monday. My family members car was slapped with a green sticker at 7P on Friday night for parking in an open area. There was no NO PARKING sign around and there was no where to park as we were unpacking our cars prior to moving to the offsight parking. It took an hour to get the sticker off the window - it was a very unpleasant way to begin the week. Thank goodness we did not have to stay in the community all week as we have family in other parts of town who we spent our days with . I am not sure we will rent at Beach Walk again after having rented there many times before - it certainly is looking downtrodden. We went to visit my neice and her family at their Beachwalk house which certainly needs a re-do especially the flooring and furniture.

It’s our second visit to this community and 3rd trip to Michigan City, the visits get better every time. We loved the location of the house within the community. Walkable to everything. Clean house with all the amenities you’ll need. Looking forward to our next visit.

It looked just like the pictures and we were so pleased with our stay!We loved the location and had so much fun with the outdoor fire pit, second floor balcony, and watching movies together on the one rainy day we had. Easy access to Lake Michigan and all the other amenities at Beachwalk. We will definitely be returning!
