Old stone house, late 19th Built in the 20th century - now lovingly restored + modern, authentic furnishings - with a large Mediterranean garden, wonderful views, 2 separate residential units (approx. 110 m2 DK house or 120 m2 KH house) - (semi-detached houses) each with:
6 sleeping possibilities. Romantic playful loft-like interiors on 4 levels. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances, Nespresso machine, kettle, citrus press, cook + tableware etc.), bathroom with shower or Bathtub, hair dryer, make-up mirror, 1 bedroom with large double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed and 1 living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, WiFi, cleaning equipment, ironing equipment, mini safe, air conditioning + heating, desk, bookshelf + summer reading library; spacious terraces + large lush garden on two levels with an enchanting view of the surrounding hills, garden furniture + barbecue, open fireplace, outdoor whirlpool, fitness room, sun loungers, outdoor dining area - garden table + chairs on the terrace, 2 terrace levels + 2 garden levels. Dishwasher, washing machine, (tumble dryer on request), bed linen, towels, tea towels. Allergy-free pillows + blankets on request.

Free use of the swimming pool in the neighboring hotel for our guests.

On request: baby bed + baby monitor, high chair, changing table, potty, baby blanket + baby toys.

Stilvolles Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Motovun genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine Terrasse mit toller Aussicht, wo es allerdings während unserer Ferienwoche tagsüber zu heiß war. Nach zwei Tagen hatten wir jedoch auch Zugang zum schönen Garten, wo wir im Schatten sitzen und lesen konnten. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hat uns ein paar gute Tips gegeben. Sowohl die West- als auch die Ostküste und die schönen Küstenorte sind gut erreichbar. Motovun selbst hat ein paar nette Restaurants. Ein Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung wäre zu viert wahrscheinlich absolut super gewesen. Da wir zu fünft waren, vermissten wir doch einen gemütlichen Sitzplatz für den Abend, denn alle Sofas wurden als Bett benutzt. Es gibt übrigens keine abgeschlossenen Schlafzimmer, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Uns war nicht ganz deutlich, wohin wir den Recyclingmüll bringen mussten, da die Tonnen abgeschlossen sind. Am Ende stellte sich heraus, dass wir ihn einfach stehen lassen konnten.

Schöne Unterkunft, schönes Motovun!

Ein wunderschöne Unterkunft in eineam alten Haus, das wohl mal eine Ruine war, dies aber nun wohl schon länger definitiv nicht mehr ist. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen dort sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unser Hund .... Wir können es uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen!

Agréable séjour dans beau village médiéval

Séjour très agréable dans un logement spatieux, plein de charme et bien équipé. Un espace unique mais réparti sur 3 niveaux. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Les propriétaires, qui étaient dans le logement d'à côté le temps de notre séjour, sont disponibles et sympathiques. Attention cependant à l'arrivée: les différents GPS ne vont amèneront pas directement au logement et risquent même de vous perdre. Lorsque vous arrivez dans Motovun, suivez la route principale (il n'y en a qu'une) et surveillez sur votre gauche les ecritaux indiquant le logement, il se trouve juste au-dessus,

Wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus im Hinterland von Istrien

Sehr schöne Lage und nette Eigentümer - alles problemlos und freundlich. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen mit Familie und Hund. Wein und Trüffelgegend. Guter Ausgangspunkt um ganz Istrien zu entdecken.

Motovun

We hebben een bijzonder goede tijd gehad in ons vakantiehuis in Motovun. We werden ontvangen door Nina, de eigenaresse. Ze had voor ons snacks klaargezet en limonade. We mochten kruiden en fruit uit haar tuin plukken. Ze gaf ons informatie over alle interessante plaatsen en restaurants in de omgeving. Het huis was heel netjes en gezellig ingericht en voorzien van voldoende handdoeken en eetgerei. De bedden waren goed en het meubilair ook. We konden op het terras zitten en genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Graag komen wij nog een keer terug!

Bel soggiorno a Motovun

Abbiamo sentito la proprietaria solo al telefono e la registrazione dei documenti è avvenuta via mail. La signora si è dimostrata gentile e attenta alle nostre richieste. Il soggiorno è stato confortevole in una casa di grandi dimensioni e in ottima posizione nel borgo. È stata accettata anche la nostra cagnolina.

That is the reason why all precedures are designed in such a way that you can always help yourself.
