There are 2 Parking spaces on the driveway. Additional street parking is available if you need more spots, but please utilize the driveway in front of the house first.
- Easy access anywhere in San Diego within 20 minutes of driving.

Since the home is located in a residential
family neighborhood with other homes in close proximity, NO LOUD MUSIC or yelling/screaming outside during evening hours. Outdoor activities must be done by 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 10 pm Friday and Saturday nights. We appreciate your understanding.
***San Diego has a noise ordinance 10pm-7am in residential zones. (FYI--neighbors have been known to enforce)***
- Please ask hosts if you need extra fans, also you can get a nice cross breeze with windows open.
- City trash and recycle days are on Wednesday. We politely ask guests to take out the bins to the street and/or bring them in. Neighbors complain if bins are left on street for days and we want to abide by our good neighbor policy.
