Overall, I thought this place was great. Awesome location, just a few minutes walk from shopping locations and restaurants. The only thing that I would give other a heads up on is the parking situtaion. While this property has a private driveway, it can be challenging to get in and of due to its size, and location (right on intersection that can get quite busy during certain times of the day).

Host was friendly and very communicative. Home was easy to get too and very convenient to the rest of the city. Home was a cute tiny home for a couple or a couple of friends. Has their own driveway so very nice if traveling with a car. Tv was easy to access for YouTube/Netflix.

Stayed here to minimize my commute time for a work event in Redmond. The house is adorable, very clean, no complaints. It's basically impossible to park in the driveway, but I had no trouble finding street parking. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs as the house is on a very busy road.

When you’re tired of hotels this was a perfect cozy little home.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Had everything you could want and was very cozy and welcoming. Love an easy check in process and it can’t get easier than this!

Cozy place in a great location

Nice clean place to stay near downtown Redmond. Needed a quiet place to stay for a night before a half marathon- this place fit the bill perfectly. Great communication with owner too.

House has distinct odor, musty damp smell, typically associated with water / moisture damage. We stayed for 1 of 7 nights, left before checkout after one night, due to respiratory reaction to environment within the house. Host provided timely check-in details and then failed to respond to my call or VRBO message. Escalated to VRBO and host did not respond to VRBO. Like others, agree driveway is tricky, house seems well equip, short distance to restaurants, low ceilings and located on busy two lane road. Hoping host or VRBO refunds our six unused days.

We booked to stay here but it was cancelled just at the check-in time, when I tried to learn how to get the keys. I should have not received a requrest to fill in a review but software bugs happen at times :) Btw, the review ui does not have options for N/A.

Upon our arrival, we found the house to have no power. It was 30 degrees in Seattle, wet and rainy, the house had no heat. I called the host, Alexis, only to have him tell me that the house is old, the breaker box turns off and asked me to start trouble shooting to fix the problem. Only half of the house regained power. This home is so old, there is no central heat, no insulation. The house was 49 degrees and freezing. The owner put a wall heater in each bedroom and only a small space heater you have to plug in the living room. The bathroom, kitchen and dining did not have heat. The owner asked if we wanted to cancel, as he could not get an electrician to the house until the next day. We could not stay here, this home is unfit and unsafe. We said we need to cancel, and we left and had to find another hotel to stay at. Now, the owner is going back on his word, he states there is power there and will not refund us. I have escalated with VRBO, with no help. Another factor, the driveway is on a very busy road, you cannot see to pull out. Someone has to jump out, direct traffic and jump back in the car and hopes no one hits you in order to back out, so unsafe. This whole experience was terrible, I cannot get my money refunded as we didn't even stay there. RENTER BEWARE!!
