Villa Paloma has 4 bedrooms with mid-century modern meets desert boho decor (including a double master with 2 ensuite bathrooms), saltwater pool & spa, hotel-style cabanas and loungers, outdoor shower, fire pit and flatscreen TVs in every room with cable and all the streaming entertainment options. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for days (or even weeks) and has all new, stainless-steel appliances, water filtration system (rare!) and two islands for cooking, entertaining or serious card games.

This home features a modern, open floor plan and lots of comfy indoor & outdoor seating for your entire party, with multiple dining tables and lounge areas. For those working remotely, we have a lot of ideal working spaces, standing desk and strong Wi-Fi. Oh, and we run on solar power, so you can feel good about your vacation.

Great location and beautiful property

We rented this home for a long weekend with 3 families and kids. It was a perfect floor plan for everyone to have their privacy and still spend time together for meals and entertainment. The manager was very accessible and easy to communicate with before and during the trip for any questions. This property was clean, beautiful, spacious, and lovely decor. We can’t wait to plan our next trip and will be trying to book this property again.

Comfortable House, Great location

Nice Family get together, house was very comfortable and pool and spa area had lots of nice landscaping and plenty seating. A couple of smallish issues were resolved very quickly by management and were not disruptive.Kitchen Dishes etc. stocke ok, little disorganized in cabinets and not alot of bowls or serving dishes. Over all really enjoyed this property!

the house was perfect !well prepared for our arrival - kitchen was very modern and was stocked with new condiments in the fridge, paper towels and all the convivences of home.bedding was super comfortable with white sheaths and comforters. There was plenty of toilet paper in the bathrooms and plenty of clean white towels.The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting.And the home was close to everything " down town, airport and Indian Canyons hiking trails. We had great time and will be back again. the host was very easily reached as well.

The host, Jerry was readily available & responsive. The layout of the towels was nice per bathroom/bedroom. He went above & beyond to make sure all 7 of us had yoga mats (new!) We left during a family emergency & I forgot my coat left in the coat closet, Jerry has mailed it & my other items left behind which is very thoughtful. It is good to note that the hottub takes a bit to warm up since there isn't a cover- so just keep that in mind when you're timing things out. The pool area had sun on the loungers which we wnjoyed. The pool (in early Feb) doesn't really get sunlight but maybe in other months it does. The knives in the kitchen were nice ans sharp which in other experiences, they've been dangerously dull. That stood out! The water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced & from the sink it had a unique taste but honestly it's better than the chlorine-heavy tasting spout water.
