Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

The condo has a relaxing atmosphere and a great view of the river from the balcony and front room. It was chilly on our visit, so the fireplace came in handy. We would definitely book this condo again.

This was a great place to stay visiting Helen. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants yet the back porch overlooking the creek is quiet and private. We would definitely stay again visiting Helen.

My husband and I loved our stay in Unit #503! This is an upstairs unit. The condo was clean and very comfortable — the kitchen was well-equipped.The back deck overlooking the river was absolutely perfect place to relax, and the small front deck was a nice bonus spot to peak out front. I think it's the only unit with the balcony in the front. The location is fantastic — an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. There’s even a Dollar General just a 4-minute walk away for any quick essentials, for us it was laundry detergent. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Be sure to check out Francesco’s Restobar right across the street — the Italian food was delicious!We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
