Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before you leave please message us confirming you checked out. Please do not make any beds that were slept in. We will strip beds after checkout!
Place dirty towels in bathtub/shower. Thermostat: Please leave temperature to 80 Degrees, on Cool, and fan on Auto. Take out all trash to outside garbage can.
Load dishwasher and run normal cycle. Check to make sure you are not leaving anything behind. Lock the door and return keys to the lockbox. Safe Travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Charming southern cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at The Hen House in Greenville!! Great location in a quiet neighborhood outside downtown & West End. The home was perfect for my husband and I, thoughtfully decorated with spacious rooms, comfortable king bed, and well appointed, eat-in kitchen. Our host Millerv was super accommodating & communication was excellent. We rate our experience as FIVE STARS!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This home sits less than a mile outside of the downtown city limits in an older established residential neighborhood. The neighborhood is multicultural as Greenville is itself. There are some older, established homes in the area as well as many that have been renovated during this recent period of Greenville’s booming growth.

Enjoy sidewalks on both sides of the road throughout the neighborhood to stretch your legs or care for your 4 legged friends.

Driving:
Getting around Greenville is easy! If you drive downtown, street parking is free for 2 hours in most locations, there is pay-by-the-hour lots and parking garages, including Richardson Street Garage, West Washington Street Deck, and South Spring Street Garage.

Uber and Lyft are available for an inexpensive rides downtown!

Walking:
The downtown Main St. area of Greenville is very walkable! Make sure to check out the suspension bridge at Falls Park on the Reedy River.

Biking:
Greenville is very bike friendly. The Swamp Rabbit bike trail is a 22 mile paved bike path that runs through downtown & Furman University to Travelers Rest, SC.

Electric Bikes
Greenville B- Cycle Electric Bike Share. Closest B-Cycle Station is 2 miles away from the studio by Fluor Field. Checkout their website for more details.
