This condo is very spacious and thoughtfully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a balcony with incredible views of the community pool and the ocean just off the living room and master bedroom, YouTube TV streaming service is available on all TVs.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
