Perfekt for a short get-away: Modern, stylish apartment with terrace for 2 persons, only 20 minutes away from Cologne.

Welcome to our friendly apartment (52 sqm)!

The apartment has a combined living-bedroom with double bed, which can be divided into two single beds if desired. In the living area there are two sofas with a coffee table and a large flat screen TV.

The kitchen with oriel windows and integrated dinette is very well equipped. Furthermore, there is a modern shower room, storage room, terrace and a car parking space in front of the house.

The apartment has been completely renovated in February 2017.

You can also stay for a longer time (month, year).

Engelskirchen-Loope is an idyllic place in the middle of the Naturarena Bergisches Land. The cities of Cologne and Bonn are not far away and can be easily reached via the nearby motorway or by public transportation.

Close by there is also a castle, a reservoir, and many well-signposted hiking trails. In the village itself you can find all necessary shops, such as supermarkets, bakers and banks.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett angelegt und gut ausgestattet, alles ist blitzsauber, die bislang einzige Wohnung, wo wir das Geschirr nicht sicherheitshalber vor der ersten Benutzung gewaschen haben! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, was einem ein Gefühl von “zu Hause sein” vermittelt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Vermieterfamilie war sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Es ist ein Parkplatz für das Gästefahrzeug vorhanden. Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben und war sehr sauber und herzlich hergerichtet (z. B. ein Blumengruß auf dem Esstisch und ein Willkommenstrunk im Wohnzimmer). Als sehr angenehm haben wir den gepflegten Garten und die hübsche Terrasse empfunden. Das Haus bietet auf Grund seiner Lage einen schönen Blick vom Essplatz über den Ort ins Bergische.
