Stay in an upscale place that’s near everything you want to visit. Beautiful ocean views, private balcony, fully stocked kitchen w/2 burner cooktop, microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, all kitchen ware, 1 bedroom w 2 queen beds, queen sleeper sofa.
We have opened 1 heated outdoor pool and the indoor pool and 1 hot tub but working on heaters.
Also available are fitness center and sauna.
We have beach access and private parking in the lot on other side of white fence.
We have a grocery store directly across from the resort which has a grocery store, Walgreens, retail shops and plenty of dining options including an ice cream parlor.
Located just 2 miles south of our resort is The Daytona Lagoon, Family-friendly water park with go-karts, mini-golf, an arcade, laser tag & a climbing wall! And of course, we have beach access!

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Great weekend getaway

The place was just as described and was nice and clean. We were bummed that the pools were closed and the people that work at the hotel within the same building are not so nice, but Donna that handles this private unit is awesome!! She was so nice and very accommodating to our needs as well as very prompt in responding back with us. Parking isn’t the best but it is not a mile walk away as some have noted in reviews it’s in a lot right beside the property you just have to walk out to the street to walk around a fence to get to the property, it would be so much better if there was a gate that opened to walk through to the property instead. The place is nice and in a great location, we had a great weekend getaway and enjoyed our stay in this unit.

Overall good

From the moment we checked in it was not a great experience From the parking garage being closed and having to park 2 blocks away without being informed until arriving at property . And then checking into a dirty room. Thankfully the owner of this property hired a fantastic property manager, she called me right back and fixed the problem immediately. Will be returning for sure just because Donna(property manager) took care of us after the mishaps.

Wonderful family vacation

The property was clean upon arrival. The check in process was great, Donna gave step by step instructions on what to do. Easy access to the beach with kids! Over all the property was great. We look forward to staying again.
