Huge Charlotte Farmhouse Villa 25 minutes from downtown!

Bring the whole family to Charlotte's Luxurious Farmhouse Villa that boasts lots of room for fun and relaxation. Perfect for family retreats, church retreats, corporate events, small events or family vacations. Our home features 3 master en-suites and 3 additional sleeping areas for a total of 20 guests! Enjoy the chic, yet comfortable, black and white farmhouse decor in the common areas. Plenty of seating and space for everyone whether you are hanging out indoors or out!

Even though you are just a short 25 minute drive from downtown Charlotte, you will feel far, far away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. Located on a quiet, country road, our home sits on 2 acres surrounded by trees and forest. Come to unplug and hang out in the nature or host your family reunion, company retreat, or small event. Our outdoor space is fully furnished and can fit well over 16 people. Hang out by the fire pit, watch the stars above, take a nap on the swinging daybed, play some corn hole, shoot some hoops or swing on our hammock chairs- whatever you prefer- there is plenty here to do for everyone!

Inside, you will find there is sufficient space as well. There are 3 separate eating areas- the formal dining, the breakfast nook, and the bar area. The living room features a black shiplap wall with a big screen TV for those cozy movie nights. Or if you prefer, we also have plenty of board games to choose from! Each of the bathrooms has been completely renovated to feature luxurious tile and designer finishes. Unwind after a long day of team building with a luxurious soak in the free standing tub and a glass of wine while still being surrounded by the great outdoors out your large corner windows. If showers are more your thing- the upstairs master features surround jets and an overhead rainfall shower!

***Although we are an Event Friendly property, there are additional charges for parties over 20 total guests. Parties under 20 guests incur no additional charges but for parties of 20-60 guests we charge $95/guest (Day Use Fee) to help us mitigate the additional wear and tear, lawn maintenance, clean up, additional restroom rentals, etc. Inquire for more details. Chairs and backdrop are available for rent.
