Nestled within the Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, this charming tiny home blends rustic comfort with thoughtful details—perfect for hikers, couples, and weekend wanderers.

Wake up surrounded by trees, then wander out for a quiet coffee on the deck, lit with twinkling string and fairy lights. After a day exploring trails like Fiery Gizzard and Greeter Falls, unwind in your private hot tub or gather around the outdoor firepit for a cozy night under the stars.

Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, warm lighting, and inviting furnishings. Hosting guests? Take advantage of the nearby community pavilion, firepit, and fireplace—just a short stroll from your front door.

Please note: The hot tub is currently under maintenance and may not be operational during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Also, while this property allowed pet, we do require a Pet cleaning fee of $100 + tax will be applied to your reservation if approved.

Cozy and quaint tiny home

We really enjoyed this location. The beds were comfy and the tiny home was well stocked with soap, shampoo, and kitchen essentials. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. We hiked to deer lick falls and loved that the trails were right in the community. We will be back!

Nice and simple

Clean, just as described. Small community of tiny homes. We visited in the fall. Most of the other homes seemed to be vacant at the time which was nice. Hot enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable. Great little spot to explore nearby trails, monteagle, and Sewanee.

Great Getaway

Cabin was clean and in great condition

Loved it, had few minor issues, no wood for outside fire, the lava pit would only work on low, the hot tub was dirty with tree blossoms in the water, and the bathroom faucet would only trickle.

Very tiny house as expected. The hot tub and outdoor space in general were great. Not quite as private as we had expected; other tiny homes were very nearby. The hiking trails were interesting and much better than expected, although the trail to the waterfall was difficult. Perhaps it was the timing of our visit, but mornings disturbed by lawn mowers and leaf blowers were not ideal.

Tucked away

This was one of nine tiny homes I rented for a surprise birthday weekend for my husband. I chose this for the location within the community and access to the pavillion. The only negative they provided was the coffee filter was dirty couldn't be used. I know management will address this, as they have been very attentive and accommodating to any request we had. Otherwise, my friends gave this home rave reviews.

Relaxing and beautiful

I can't wait to plan my next trip here. Our tiny house was beautiful and clean. It has everything you could need. The hot tub was great. The property was beautiful and private. From day one of looking at the rentals online, the communication with management was super easy. They were always fast to respond to any questions I had. The check in process was well explained and could not have been easier. We went to a concert at The Caverns. It was super close. I would recommend this community and this tiny house to anyone! I only wish we had planned to stay longer. Two nights was not enough. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Everything was top notch. The communication with the owners was the best we've ever had, the house was amazing, the porch and outdoor space was excellent and they've thought of so many little details that make the stay over the top. Highly recommend!
