Perfect location near downtown. This home is a 0.75 mile walk to downtown with sidewalks all the way there. It also included games and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing Sequence after a yummy dinner in downtown Aiken. Bethany was easy to communicate with and was quick to reply.

The house was very clean and ready for our stay. Parking was great as the driveway behind the house fits three vehicles and then you can park additional vehicles on the side street on either side of the driveway. The only suggestions I would offer to the owner are to provide Kleenex and bars of soap for the bathrooms. I am used to getting those when we stay at other VRBO homes. Also, saran wrap/aluminum foil would have been great to be able to bring home our leftover restaurant food in our cooler. Other than those small things, I would highly recommend this house if you were looking to stay in Aiken. It is not walkable to the main restaurant/shopping area of the city but is a very short drive. And a 15 minute drive to Stable View, which is where we spent most of our time!

Perfect spot for our family

This was the perfect spot for our family while visiting Aiken. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised with plenty of space for our family of five. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again when we’re back in the area.
