Updated 1Bd/1Bath condo w/ lovely ocean views, shared pool, hot tub, & more! From our building, you can step outside and take in the view of one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Open to the living area, the dining space feature a table with seating for four, fully stuck kitchen with the full size Fridge. Very comfortable bed. From the patio, you can gaze out at the pool below and the Gulf Coast beyond while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a nice cocktail in the evening.
Our unit also includes full size washer/dryer for your convenience also 2 smart TVs.
Fully stack kitchen with Keurig k-cup and regular coffee machine, Insta Pot, Blender, mixer, pots and pans, baking sheets etc. also we have a high chair if you travel with kids, so all you need to make you feel like home.
When you're ready to cool off a bit, head down to to the community pool, which overlooks the beach and features plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. Get in your usual workout over at the fitness center, or head down to the beach and enjoy the community private beach access. Plan an al fresco meal thanks to the shared stainless steel grill and nice outdoor seating. There's also a heated whirlpool, game room, movie theater, and covered parking.2 parking passes ( 1 pass for the main garage and 1 for overflow parking) and 4 wrist bands will be available in the unit.
*** Must be at least 21 to reserve per the HOA rules
*** We provide: bed linens, Bath towels (4), hand towels(4) and washcloths(4). Toilet paper (2 rolls) , Paper towel (1 roll), dishwasher detergent, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please note, we are different than a hotel and don't have room service with extra towels or supplies.
*** We do not provide BEACH TOWELS OR ANY BEACH STUFF (simply don't have space to store it), so please bring your own, bath towels can not be removed from the unit at any time.
