Leider war das Umfeld nicht wie beschrieben. Der Innenhof war eine Baustelle. Keine Grünfläche, keine Option zum Grillen (wie beschrieben), Spielen für Kinder nicht möglich.Die Gebäude und das Umfeld werden dem Verfall preisgegeben. Die Wohnung selbst war praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Reit im Winkl selbst liegt für Wanderungen sehr gut. Gereist: 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
