Perfect space with a view

The space was perfect for a family of 4 for a long weekend in Newport. The home was very clean and had a beautiful view. Would recommend.

Perfect location

This property is centrally located making walking to many bars restaurants shopping and local attractions easy. The free parking is a huge plus right on the property. The downstairs bar is a great addition. The patio on the upper floor is nice at the end of the day. Only drawback is it’s not covered and is very hot when the sun is out. Check in and out process was easy.

Not one complaint!

Upon arrival, the check-in staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. The location is great with a lot of local Newport attractions, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The unit was clean, complete, and had everything we needed. Lastly, the host was great with communication and addressed questions or concerns quickly, with reassurance that our stay would be perfect!

Very Friendly

I had to book last minute due to a death in the family. Thank you for working with me. The condo met all my needs and I enjoyed the roof top sitting area. While not visiting for pleasure, I was able to find comfort in the stay.

Great location, clean and good views

Basic, clean and sufficient property right in the heart of downtown. Nothing fancy about it but it met all of our needs and it made for a great weekend!!! Cons for some would be that there are no real amenities (it is almost dorm-like) and there is a night club downstairs so i would ask for a unit away from that. The property manager was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us secure another unit in the building after the original One booked.
