This historic beautiful brick English Tudor style home boasts 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room, raised back porch overlooking a large well manicured backyard and detached garage. Appointed with elegant fixtures, it is certain to delight the entire family, and extended family or friends too!

Perhaps best of all, the home is located in the heart of the City of Martin, literally a stone’s throw, only 1.2 miles, from the University of Tennessee at Martin and it’s numerous cultural activities, fine arts, and athletics. Walk across the street to the square and grab a coffee at Martin’s Coffee & Bakery, eat at La Cabana Mexican, or shop at Sugar & Spice Boutique. Stop and check out the brand new Martin Public Library on your walk back to the house. Head on over to A.B. Cheatham’s Downtown Tavern for a beer or a glass of wine or enjoy fine dining with excellent service at The Opera House Restaurant, also within walking distance at only .3 miles. Martin is also home to the Tennessee Soybean Festival which takes place annually around Labor Day. This year’s festival will be September 8, 9, and 10th, you guessed it, right across the street in Downtown Martin!

The house was very easy to access and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We had everything that we needed and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. Access to downtown for dinner was about a 5 minute walk.I would certainly stay here in the future!

Martin House on Main

The house on Main is clean, spacious, and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with anything we would need. It was great to be within walking distance to town. We will definitely be back!

Class Reunion

The property was lovely. A perfect spot for 6 lifelong friends to return to Martin for a high school reunion. We laughed long into the night sharing memories of teenage shenanigans! Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic experience

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The house was delightful! Clean, classy, and left little to be desired. Instructions and communications were timely and thorough. I was in town for UTM graduation with my family, and everyone had a great time. The home is super conveniently located. I highly recommend anyone headed to Martin stay here!

This was a spacious property. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. My only suggestion would be to display the house number a little better. It was difficult to find the house at night.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay here! The only thing that I noticed is that there is a railing at the top of the stairs that is very loose. This posed a bit of a safety issue because we have small children. Otherwise everything was in great shape and the property was very well maintained and comfortable.

My family and I stayed in this lovely 2 story house in Martin TN over the holiday to visit my daughter. The house was neat as a pin and contained all the items necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The hostess was accommodating and prompt to answer questions regarding check in, rules and check out. We had no issues during our stay. This house easily accommodates 3 couples and I would recommend it to others in lieu of hotel rooms.
