Spacious 6 bedroom home on a 430 acre all sports lake.

Beach Daze vacation rental is a private home on Jordan Lake. This is a private 6 bedroom 2,700 square foot home that comfortably sleeps 12-16 people with possibility of a couple more if you utilize the air mattress, pull out sofa, and futon. There is one 1st floor bedroom with two twins and half bath. All others are located on second floor.
Your vacation to Lake Odessa Michigan will leave you feeling far from reality but close to everything. Located directly between Lansing and Grand Rapids you can take a short drive to the big city or relax locally.
Spend your day in the sun sitting on your own private beach utilizing the complimentary 7 person hot tub, beach towels, zero gravity chairs, beach chairs, gas grill, two kayaks, and yard games. Lake is shallow until about 200 feet out which is great for kiddos. Further out water depths reach 58 feet. Fishermen will find a variety of fish including bream/bluegill, crappie, largemouth bass, bullhead, rock bass, northern pike and pumpkinseed sunfish here. Public launch available at far end of the lake.
Feeling more adventurous? Bring and dock your own boat for cruising, tubbing or skiing on the 430 acre all sports lake. Don’t own a boat? No worries, local boat rental is available. Lake Odessa has much to offer. Venture out just minutes from your rental to explore the fairgrounds with new pickle ball courts, antique mall, a lake trail for walking or biking, partake in a local fishing competition or one of many public community festivities including fairs, holiday parades, art festivals, mud runs, music festivals and more. Vacationing with kiddos? Choose from two playgrounds: Swifty’s a large wooden structure park or the new seat modern jungle gym located at the fairgrounds.
Lake’O is home to Buddy’s on the Beach which offers traditional parking, boat parking, a kayak launch, outdoor seating, bowling, beach volleyball tournaments, public beach, and also hosts an annual Fourth of July boat parade that you don’t want to miss .
If you feel like cooking we offer a fully stocked kitchen with a complimentary coffee bar. There is a local grocery store for all of your dinning needs or you can let others do the cooking for you by ordering from one of our multiple delivery or take out restaurants.
Whether you choose to partake in local activities or stay on the vacation property you are bound to have a fun filled experience.

The host was very accommodating of my large party, the house was clean and had a good section of beach available. The boat rental through the host was very convenient, and the pontoon ran well. Would gladly re-rent if ever in the area again.

Fun Girls Weekend

The space was perfect for a girls weekend. Waking up to the house overlooking the lake was great. We enjoyed the deck and grass area. Not much of a beach and the lake was pretty merky so we didn’t swim much (no reflection on the owners). A few of the girls want to rent this place again in the future.

Generational Family Weekend

Overall great place for large gathering. Loved the beach walk into lake, hot tub and sunroom. Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. Host was very responsive.

Best Bach Bash

Took the trip for my bachelorette party! The house accommodated everyone that came with room to spare. The master bedroom was amazing and had me wishing that’s what mine looked like. Right off the water gorgeous weather, what more could you ask for. We did nothing but talk about how we’d like to go back again next year.

Perfect Spot for a Friends Getaway!

Our group of 11 had a great time at the Lake Odessa house for the weekend! Kerri was so responsive to my many random questions leading up to and during the weekend. We had 5 couples and 1 single and it was great to all have our own separate rooms and all of the rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable. We loved using the hot tub and bonfire pit in the evenings and the open layout kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals. The little touched Kerri made were also so sweet like the local bakery goods and eye make up wipes. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals so these details really stood out to me! Lastly- we used the local boat rental for a pontoon during the day which was really nice & we also enjoyed sitting in the sunroom overlooking the water. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Stay, Would Come Back!

Property was perfect for our mini family get together. Parents out of state wanting to get all the kids together. This place was perfect. Our host Brian was very attentive and responsive to our messages. Very invested in the quality of his property. Lake was a nice temp, our daughter (2) loved it! We had more than enough room. Kayaks, boat for rent, fire pit, and hot tub are a few of the amenities. We ate at Buddy's, all of our food was delicious. I had the prime rib and loved it. We only stayed 2 nights, wished we could have stayed longer! We found a few things the cleaning crew missed but our host was on top of it and made everything perfect. Beach was clean and raked. Highly recommend!

Lots of room, 4 rooms have a trundle under the bed, could sleep a fam of 4. Beach was nice to have, wish we rented a boat. Quiet lake not many people on it at all. Good restaurant walking distance. Fun weekend. good communication.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family vacation! Being right on the beach was the best as our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it! The turtles in their aquarium were an added bonus that they enjoyed! The house was located on a busy street but we spent all our time on the beach and in the house so it was NOT a problem.

Fantastic stay

For a group trip with multiple young kids, this location was perfect for us. There are plenty of areas to sleep and tons of outdoor toys for the kids. Also, the house has everything you need (e.g. linens, kitchen equipment, etc), which is great. Kerri was super responsive and able to answer any question. Highly recommend!

*We all know we can not control mother nature... but we try our best. Being on the windward end of the lake things tend to float our way. To prevent seaweed build up and muck we have a beach maintenance crew that will come by every morning between 7:30 and 8:30. If you wish for them not to come during your stay please let me know.
