-In addition to our advanced cleaning practices, we wash every blanket on every bed before each new guest. Our thorough process includes using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, antibacterial wash and dry cycle, and professional-grade detergent. This goes beyond the standard practice, as many short-term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year. Rest assured, we take extra care to provide you with a fresh and clean environment during your stay.

-Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a $35 resort expense (plus tax) at the registration desk (this is a one time fee per party (NOT per person), where they will receive wristbands and a parking pass. This is typical for most PCB resorts.
-All condos have a RING doorbell outside of the unit, which only detect activity outside of the condo in the breezeway areas. These are for everyones safety and security.
