About this property

NEW: Apartment in the mountains with south and west balcony. Free WiFi!

We warmly welcome YOU to our country house in the mountains, in the middle of the "Nagelfluhkette" nature park!

Enjoy the peace and relaxation in our beautiful alpine world in the southernmost part of the Oberallgäu. Arrive and feel comfortable. You live in our completely new apartment. In the combined living room and bedroom there is a cozy sitting area, a spacious dining area, as well as new box spring beds and a new TV (1 additional sleeping possibility in the room). From the living room you have direct access to the large south and west balcony, which is only accessible to you. The new kitchen is in a separate room, fridge and freezer combination, ceramic hob dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc. are of course available, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes. The new bathroom has a toilet, vanity and shower cubicle and a large window.

The ideal location for all activities distinguishes our house, hiking and biking trails go directly from the house, its own parking space for the car, as well as a lockable room for prams, bicycles etc. and a ski room are of course also available. You are also welcome to use the sun loungers on our large property. Enjoy many discounts on our guest card, which you receive directly on arrival (included in the price!). Among other things, you can use the bus to the nearby skiing and hiking area "Riedberger Horn, Grasgehren" free of charge, in summer you can enjoy free admission to the nearby, new family leisure pool Fischen im Allgäu.

Prima Ausgangslage für Bergurlaub

Schöne und zweckmäßige Wohnung in herzlichem familiärem Umfeld. Ortsrandlage 200 Meter zum Ortskern: Also dicht genug dran und weit genug weg 😉 Mit tollem Blick in die benachbarten Berge, ob nun zum Frühstück oder in den Abend hinein.

Angenehme Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung war bis auf die Größe der Unterkunft in Ordnung. Leider gab es keine Utensilien zum Putzen. Man musste die Gastgeber im Haus bitten entsprechende Gerätschaften zur Verfügung zu stellen. Gut war, dass die Wohnung mit einem ausgezeichneten Wlan ausgestattet war.

Tolle Unterkunft

Unterkunft und Lage waren sehr gut. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben umgehend auf Wünsche reagiert. Wir werden die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Mooie omgeving en een fijn appartement.

Het appartement in Obermaiselstein was een mooi startpunt voor wandelingen in de omgeving. Het Kleinwalzertal was vaak ons doel van de dag. Elke dag verse broodjes halen, voldoende restaurants.

Tolles verlängertes Wochenende gehabt!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende im schönen Allgäu! Schade war, dass die Dorfbäckerei zu dem Zeitpunkt geschlossen hatte, aber das ganze drumherum war sehr schön! Immer wieder gerne!:) Tolle kleine Wohnung, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage.
