Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap , paper towels provided. Upscale furniture including Luxury Sealy King bed and 2 Luxury Sealy Twin XL mattresses and pull out Queen sofa bed. Our Pinehurst Condo is located in the Erin Hills complex, close to Pinehurst CC and less than a mile drive to Pinehurst Village and The Carolina Hotel and Spa.. My husband and I are from New England and we purchased this condo so we could spend more time enjoying beautiful Pinehurst with our 2 college age golfing daughters. Our family spent much time in the area traveling to tournaments with our 2 daughters who were junior golfers. Often we would stay at local hotels for tournaments, but we loved having a place to stay with a kitchen and washer and dryer especially for those rainy golf tournaments. We set up our condo as an upscale alternative to a hotel that has all the amenities of home. We love spending time here, especially on the deck overlooking the golf course and frequenting the restaurants and shops in the Village of Pinehurst and Southern Pines. We hope you enjoy our little slice of pinehurst as much as we do! This condo is also be available for discounted monthly rentals.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the location of this property. It has magnificent views of courses # 3 and #5 from the front and back of the condo. There is a lot of golf action to view while sitting on the quiet deck. We also love watching the wildlife in the nearby pond. The location is quiet and close to the harness track, Pinehurst CC, The Cradle, Pinehurst Village and the Carolina Hotel.
