Booked this in May of this year. The week before the trip tried to get in contact with the host. Never heard from the host and VRBO couldn’t get a hold of them either. 3 days before the trip the host canceled the booking through a message to VRBO. This is my first time using VRBO not a very good experience and I’m still trying to get my refund. Usually if something happens that is not caused by the buyer you would think you would get some kind of perk or compensation besides the refund. Instead I get 6 different case numbers from VRBO, on the phone for hours with no resolution. I have used Expedia for years and have never had issues of any kind. This was a first and this was pretty bad.

Great place

Check in was super easy….someone met us and showed us where to park. Parking was in a gated really secure garage with key fob access, as was the door to the place. Place looked newly renovated with kitchen basics. No check in info in Vrbo yet, but owner responded immediately when we arrived, and also late at night with Wi-Fi questions. Location was great….we walked home every night around 11:30 from centennial park and felt totally safe. Great cafe down the street - Rosie’s. I would totally stay here again.
