With outstanding panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains and the nearby town Fornalutx, the holiday home Casa Salva is situated in a rural idyll in the middle of the mountains. With a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the country house can accommodate 4 people. A satellite TV with DVD-player, Wi-Fi, a baby cot, a high chair and a parking area as well as air-conditioning and a fireplace for cooler days are included in the facilities of the rural home. In the idyllic outdoor area shaded by trees, there is a terrace with seating area and barbecue, where you can sit and enjoy your relaxing holiday. The charming mountain village of Fornalutx with a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and bars is only 700-m away, and the nearest beach in Port de Sóller is a 15-minute drive.



Ideal for hikers, cyclists and mountaineers. The air conditioning also has a heating function. There is both a wood stove and an electric stove.

Charming, off the beaten path, adorable, relaxing

Pros: I loved every thing about my stay here. The host and manager were wonderful, everything was perfectly clean, and the views overlooking Fornalutx can’t be best. If you like to be off the beaten path in a peaceful, quaint house, this is a perfect place.

Prachtig, authentiek, adembenemend uitzicht, rust

Pros: De charmante uitstraling van het huisje en het prachtige terras bevielen ons het meeste. Prachtige en stille plek om te relaxen, te eten, spelletjes te spelen... Het uitzicht bleef ons elke dag weer verbazen en 's avonds prachtig wanneer de lichtjes aangaan in het dorp. Wij verbleven er eind april, de temperatuur was voor ons perfect. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat in juli/augustus het heel heet kan worden op het terras en dan zou ik er persoonlijk minder van kunnen genieten. Ik zou er zeker terug naartoe willen. Cons: Sommige dingen werkten niet goed zoals de koelkast. De koelkast koelde bijna niet en de diepvries was wel koud maar onvoldoende om echt goed te vriezen. We hebben dit gemeld en er kwam wel meteen iemand kijken en tips geven maar echt verholpen werd het probleem niet. De communicatie op voorhand was ook niet altijd correct met hoe het in werkelijkheid dan was bv. ik reisde met mijn 85 jarige vader die moeilijker te been is. Ik heb 2x gevraagd of de trap een leuning heeft en de host zei 'ja', maar die was er dus niet. Ook van de parkeerplek naar de ingang van het huis vertelde hij dat er maar 2 treden waren maar in werkelijkheid was dit toch een stuk van 50 meter en een redelijke helling voor een ouder persoon. In de communicatie sprak de host ook van een zwembad maar dat was er dus niet. Ook betere info van de weg naar het huisje zou handig zijn want een grote auto is echt moeilijk. Er is een gemakkelijkere route naar het huisje via het dorp die de host echt zelf zou moeten voorstellen.

Pros: Der Garten ist wild eingewachsen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Fornalutx, Soller und die umgebenden Berge.

Pros: Het uitzicht vanop het terras was geweldig mooi. Cons: De straatjes vanuit het dorp naar het huis zijn heel smal. Je moet een goede en stressbestendige chauffeur zijn.

Ein kleines Paradies in idyllischer Lage

Pros: Gastgeber sind super freundlich, vollkommen unkompliziert. Das Haus hat alles, was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön, zum Entschleunigen absolut passend, der Ort ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars vorhanden. Auto wird für Ausflüge benötigt. Ein Anti-Mückenmittel sollte mitgebracht werden.

Pros: La ubicacion de la propiedad permite estar aislado del bullicio, pero con todo a mano. Excelente para relajarse. Lapropiedad esta en un olivar con excelentes vistas de Fornalutx y Soller, a 45 min de Palma, en plena sierra de Tramuntana ( impresionante). Margarita y Salvador, los propietarios , son personas muy amables y discretas, muy dispuestos a ayudar y aconsejar con cualquier duda o problema. Excelentes personas. Nos han tratado con familiaridad y enorme amablidad. Tiene la casa preparada perfectamente y se nota que lo hacen con cariño hacia su propiedad y hacia quienes se alojen en ella. Un placer haberles conocido.
