Two units that work seamlessly as one home. The first floor has two bedrooms, a living room with a big-screen TV, a complete kitchen, a dining area, and a full bathroom. The second floor has a large bedroom w/TV and a dedicated workspace. An all-in-one living area with a big-screen TV and pull-out sofa bed, a complete kitchen, and a separate full bathroom. This spacious, airy, cozy home gives you all the space you need with the privacy, comfort, and convenience you love!
The space
Cozy and Charming space with an open layout. A functional living room to sit back, relax, kick your shoes off and kick your feet up. Comfy couch to enjoy a great book or catch a movie with family or the game with friends on a large wall mount TV. A good-sized dinner area for you to enjoy meals together prep and prepared in an entire stock and equipped kitchen with a stack coffee bar. There are two Full bathrooms for busy families or a large crowd. This unit has an above-average primary Bedroom that offers plenty of room, a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and a dedicated comfortable workspace. The second bedroom has a daybed to optimize space and pull out that is set up to sleep two. The third bedroom is on the second floor. This bedroom has plenty of space to move around and a dedicated work area. There is a 2nd complete kitchen and a full bathroom. This can be used as a primary suite. Overall, a warm and homey spot that provides excellent comfort and convenience.


Other things to note

This property is equipped with cameras for security purposes. Cameras are in the common hallway (outside the APT) and the exterior of the building.

NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE APARTMENT.

There is a total of 5 cameras. Two are located at the building entrance, one in the front and one in the back entrance. The other is located on common area stairs of the building, one on the 1st floor. There is also one in the backyard right above the basement door pointing to the yard. Cameras are on and recording 24/7 during your reservation.

Very clean and nicely appointed property.

Six of us stayed at the property to attend my daughter's graduation. It was close to the WPI campus and the DCU arena. It was very clean and nicely renovated.

Great family stay for wedding

This was a great stay for our family and father-in-law for a family wedding. The property is well updated and communication with property management was excellent. The property does not have a dishwasher, which I missed when booking, but it was not a dealbreaker by any means. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, and street parking was not an issue. There is a washer and dryer onsite, but it is not inside the home, so definitely ask the host for the information upon arrival!

Owner double booked

When we were about an hour or two from the rental we were contacted by the cohost. They said they were sorry but we had been double booked and could not have the full rental that we reserved. We were offered the lower portion only which would not even fit half our party. We found this very hard to believe, that the double booking was only caught within hours of arrival. We received a full refund from VRBO due to the issues.

Wedding Home Base

We are from SC. Our daughter was getting married in Princeton and we needed a place to make our home base for the week. When we weren't at the wedding hotel, we stayed in this VRBO. It is conveniently located near the downtown area - and many of the restaurants and hotels the wedding activities took place in. The home was very clean, very well kept and staged beautifully. The two separate living areas were very convenient - we had the minister for the wedding staying with us, and she had the upstairs suite all to herself. The home owner was very responsive, polite and easy to work with. We had 4 adults in total (1 in upstairs suite and 3 in lower suite). We could have easily fit 2 more people if needed. Others complained that there wasn't a washer and dryer, but if you read the check in notes the location is detailed there. Our checkout task list was very simple as well which was appreciated. We would recommend this home and home owner. It is in a louder area, it is a city after all, and the blocks surrounding the home aren't as nice as others, but all the positives of this home outweighed that for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Loved our stay

Very clean and quiet area. The kitchen has everything you need. Parking was easy. Only thing that took a star off was because the listing had said there was a washer and a dryer on site but there wasnt one. Also the door was listed to have a deadbolt lock but it was not. Other than that we had a good stay. If we decide to come back to visit we will def rebook this house.
