The home offers two indoor dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with original cabinetry, ample storage, and a breakfast bar that doubles as a convenient laptop workspace.

Choose your ideal outdoor setting—whether it's dining alfresco at the front yard table for eight, gathering around the cozy gas fire pit in Adirondack rocking chairs, or soaking in spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains under the stars. The private backyard is a true oasis, boasting a saltwater pool with sun shelf, raised spa, gas grill, lounge chairs, and additional seating and dining options for ultimate relaxation or entertaining.

Spacious Comfort for All:
The north wing hosts the generous primary suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool and spa. On the south side, two well-appointed guest bedrooms share a stylish bathroom with an oversized shower. One guest room features a king bed and restored walk-in closet, while the other offers two extra-long twin beds (convertible to a king) and mountain views. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and Roku-enabled flat-screen TV.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

This home was perfect for our Palm Springs getaway. From the private front yard with seating and a fire pit where we had our morning coffees to afternoon lounging by the lovely pool, and literally everything in between, this house is ideal. This house was fantastic - great hang-out places inside, had an awesome outdoor firepit, and the pool was great. The kitchen was also stocked - we didn't plan on doing any cooking but totally could have with all the kitchenware and appliances. It was also beautifully decorated - loved the style - and really clean. Just had a great time!

The house was a great location and nicely renovated in the mid-modern Palm Springs style. The beds were hotel comfortable, and the towels were hotel quality as well.The host was welcoming, the instruction manual for the house (spa, pool, ac, television, locks, etc.) was complete and as a result the house was easy to manage.The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and well-labeled with a good coffee maker, excellent stove and plenty of glasses, silverware, etc. including pool-friendlly ware.The house was a great place to hang out, with lots of comfortable places inside and out to chill, dish, read, or nap.I thought it was a good value - we went with another couple and did not use the third bedroom. I would rent it again.
