Welcome to Saida Towers II #202, a spacious one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located in one of the premier beachfront properties on South Padre Island.
Condo Features:
King bed in the bedroom for a restful night’s sleep
Sofa in the living room (not a sleeper; air mattress available upon request)
TV in both the bedroom and living room for your entertainment
Fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker
Two full bathrooms for added convenience
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
