Holiday house Magdalena consist of beautifully furnished apartment with 4 stars klasifiziret. Consists of: 2 bedrooms: rooms are next to (rooms ranging from rooms to bathrooms), comfortable and modern bathrooms, living room kitchen, balconies, SAT TV; WiFi plot is 1000 mq everything you need for a successful holiday with up to 4 people. The living and dining area is modern equipped, and has access to terraces. Complete kitchen equipped with dishwasher and ceramic hob. The bedroom with double bed is spacious and well lit and second bedroom with two single beds with also access to pleasant and shady terraces. A bathroom with shower and parking in front of the house. Outside you will find a fireplace grill in the large garden where you can use the sun rays for barbecuing until late in the evening. It is perfect for a memorable family holiday, just 150 meters from the beach.

Nette kleine Fewo

Angenehm kühl im Erdgeschoss gelegen, aussen eine schattige Kiwibaum-Pergola. Die Lage mit 5 Fußminuten zum Strand ist fantastisch und wie ich finde, der schönste Strandabschnitt der 10 km langen Strandpromenade. Die Fewo ist OK, der Schnitt etwas ungünstig wegen der Lage des Bades, man muß durch eines der Schlafzimmer, um dort hin zu gelangen. Die Wohnküche ist minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber ein Kochfeld mit vier Flammen. Die coutsch ist ein wenig zu groß für die kleine Wohnküche, was es sehr beengt macht. Wir haben aber ohnehin nur draußen unter der Pergola gesessen. Kleines Manko für draußen: Es richt öfter nach Abwasser, also ist irgendo ein Gully in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation funktionierte auch auf Deutsch sehr gut. Wir können des Kleinod nur empfehlen.

Fazana mit der Familie

Wir hatten zwei entspannte Wochen in Fazana. Die praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen (Strand, Zentrum von Fazana, Supermarkt). Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und zeigt genau das richtige Maß an Aufmerksamkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Strandnah und angenehm

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Terassen, fußläufig zum Strand, auch zum Hafen und zum Supermarkt. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter! Leider ist die Wohnung ungünstig geschnitten (Durchgangszimmer), aber durch die beiden Terrassen hat man immer einen schattigen Platz im Freien.

Solide und super Lage

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Bis auf einen Toaster war alles da, was man brauchte. Bad und Betten waren sauber, aber die Küche hätte etwas aufgeräumter und organisierter sein können. Die zwei Terrassen waren auch toll, aber bei schlechtem Wetter wäre der Wohnraum für vier Personen wohl etwas eng gewesen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut genial. Nah am Strand, super zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig.

Super Urlaub

Das 4 Sterne Apartment war sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage so nah am Meer mit Strandbar ist super, genauso der kurze Weg ins Zentrum mit verschiedenen Restaurants und dem Anleger des Boots nach Briuni. Zusätzlich ist der Supermarkt auch gleich ums Eck, so dass man das Auto auch einfach ein paar Tage stehen lassen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung Magdalena

Die Vermieterin so wie das Objekt sind echt top...jederzeit wieder, einfach nir klasse. Lage zum Strand sind auch prima, keine 400m in den Ort in 10min gemütlich zu erreichen.
