Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Sandfiddler Suite 106 is one unit back from the ocean front end of the building. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Just steps to beach and great location for restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed walking the loop too. Great parking onsite. The balcony is nice as well as having a washer and dryer.

Perfect location at Wrightsville Beach

This quaint condo is perfectly situated for a relaxing vacation in Wrightsville Beach! It's just steps away from the beach and several local restaurants and shops. It's just as pictured, and the host was very responsive. The pool was an added bonus and was a nice escape during the hot afternoons.

Great little getaway! Had to come to Wilmington to help my daughter get packed up to move and take care of things for the new program she was starting with school so I had a great place to stay and relax when I wasn't helping and for her to come take a break and walk on the beach and sit by the pool in between. Thank you for such a great comfortable place.

Great location for a quick beach week

I booked our week at the beach last minute and had a pretty easy experience..communication with thr property management was a little wonky at first but it quickly got addressed and we had no other issues. The location is VERY convenient to the beach entrance. All in all a good stay.

Convenient to shops and restaurants.

Very good access to the beach. Room could use some updates very nice kitchen. Tv does not offer much to watch. Being beside the beach access was nice but noisey at times.

Great location but could use a thorough cleaning

We enjoyed our stay, but the condo could use a deep cleaning. There were 4 metal hangers in the closet, and we were in town for a wedding so we had to go to walmart to buy some hangers that we left for the next guests. The overall condo, parking, and location were great!

Location was wonderful! So nice to have a view of the ocean from the living room and the outside space was perfect size for our rocking chairs that we brought! Since we like to cook meals, the kitchen was missing things like casserole dishes and some lightweight drinking glasses would have been nice. But minor things! Was very pleased with the accommodations!

Location is about 50 yrds off the beach with is great! The picture is accurate. Unfortunately, the street is busy and there is public parking right under the balcony and bedroom so it can be noisy at times. When someone locks a car at 2AM it beeps! The unit has not been recently renovated and is outdated and worn. Again the pics are accurate. None of these things are deal breakers but this unit would not be my first choice.

Bedding needs updating. One dingy bedspread and top sheet. Yuk. We were woken up every night with lots of parking noise radios 2 am started again at 5:30. Loud talking crazy traffic on one block. Wouldn’t recommend

Condo was great for location. There’s no upgrades in this older unit. The “secured” door entry in to the stairwell didn’t latch and the, electronic keypad doesn’t work.
