Waterfront on the long channel connected to 7 lakes / 17 miles; First, Marble and Corn Island, Archer, Middle, Bartholomew, (Wright - Mud), Long, and Coldwater lakes. 1-block from DNR boat ramp and Shorts On The Water. Boat rental available at local marinas. 80 feet of sea wall boat dockage. Up to 3 boats mooring beside sea wall - bring fenders. Brewery's - Ramshackle, Chapmans, Dark Horse, and a winery; within 20 - 25 minute drive. Coldwater historic train rides, Fremont IN Buffalo attraction, minutes from Bella Vista, Coldwater, and Quincy golf course. Drive-In Theater. 8 or less miles to large grocery stores and restaurants.
