The interior of the house welcomes you with an ambience characterised by high-quality organic building materials, oiled oak parquet flooring and an exclusive selection of designer furniture from renowned brands such as COR, Stokke-Varier and KFF. For your fitness and relaxation, there is an infrared sauna, a rainwater shower and a well-equipped fitness centre with rowing machine and cardio bike. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, a wood-burning stove and the environmentally friendly underfloor heating, which is operated by an ecological air-heat pump, create a cosy atmosphere.
The outdoor area transports you to an idyllic natural paradise. A solar-heated, covered outdoor infinity pool with counter-current system invites you to enjoy a relaxing swim from April to October, while the 3,000 square metre property with forest, a babbling brook and a meadow orchard invites you to explore. A spacious barbecue area with seating provides the perfect setting for cosy evenings outdoors. For bicycle lovers, there is a lockable, barrier-free steel container in which your bicycles can be safely stored.
