In the warmer months, enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and boating, with a public boat launch just down the road. Bring your own boat or spend the day exploring the lake at a slower pace.

When the weather turns, the fun does not stop. The property is close to snowmobile and ATV trails, with access to several popular trail-side restaurants. Enjoy sledding, skiing, cozy fires, and a true Maine winter getaway.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash in provided bags and returnables in the brown shed nearest the road.
Please turn OFF the heat pump unless otherwise specified,
Please stow all water gear in their original areas. Please cover the outdoor furniture and grill. Make sure the fire is out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Take care of everything that you use! Use caution with loft, fires, and water play.
Be a good neighbor. No parties are tolerated. We want you to enjoy friends and family, but please respect our sweet lake house.
No driving over the lawn to the water (this area contains our septic field); you may launch a boat from nearby boat launch.

A weekend in July

We could not have been more impressed with this stay. The location on the lake and the amenities provided were perfect. Despite being in town for a ceremony, we were able to utilize the kayaks, dock and fireplace to make the stay so fun and relaxing. 10/10 would visit again if we can.

snowmobile trip

trip was great cabin was small but hojsed 5 grown men with alot of gear just fine, beds were comfortable but do have to be a smaller adult for loft beds, as for riding trail head was hars to find but with help from local friendly neighbors we found it and had a great few days of riding plus it was nice being so close to town with powersports shops and walmart and grocery store dunks gas everything you could need we had a great time here and will be back next season.

peace and quiet

i have never had such a quiet time wlhen staying at a lake home. we ha d the use of kayaks and canoe to paddle on the lake. a dock to swim off deck to sun our selves. our daughter and our grand children were with us. they went hiking at arcadia park and at baxter state park. but the camp made the whole thing it was just as advertised.

The lake house feels like my Mimi's hugs to me; it has an energy of love and family, we know you will enjoy it as much as we do! When I am there, I feel grounded and this crazy world seems more meaningful.

The "kottage" location is PRIME! You are so close to so many quintessential Maine experiences. The VIEW. The SUNSETS & SUNRISES. The perfect mix of rural adventure with the comforts of modern living. Access is also amazing, no rocky camp roads to navigate!
