About this property

Welcome to Surfside Beach!

This one bedroom – one bathroom condo gives you the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You will be mere steps from the ocean with direct beach access right across the street. You are also in walking distance to the soon to be newly rebuilt Surfside Beach pier and many wonderful restaurants and bars. This condo has been newly renovated in 2022 and continuously well maintained in order to provide our guests with a wonderful experience. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV. The living room features a pull out queen size sofa bed with a brand new mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, all cookware (pots, pans, etc.) provided, and all dinnerware (plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses, utensils) provided. There is also a large dining room table for you to enjoy meals and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Clean bed linens and towels are provided. No smoking or pets are allowed in this condo. Due to this being a smaller building with only 5 units in total, we are only able to offer parking for one vehicle.

Cable and internet are included in your stay. Additionally, we have provided a Roku device that is connected to the TV in each room and is enabled for Guest Mode - meaning that you can log in to your own streaming services with the knowledge that all log in information will be deleted and removed from the device on the date you select as your check out date.

Please note that this is a second floor unit and does not have an elevator.

A great get away!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs! We were down in the area for our daughter’s freshman orientation at Coastal Carolina. And this place is less than 30 minutes from campus! The condo is extremely clean and up to date and in walking distance to the beach and a hand full of restaurants. Dennis was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations in the area which allowed us to explore as we are headed back in August to move her in and again in September for parents weekend. We would definitely book a stay here in the future! Thank you for sharing this great space!

Great Place!

WE really enjoyed our stay at this condo. IT was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was well updated and well maintained. The location was fantastic too. We walked to the restaurants each evening and the beach access was right across the street. This was our first time in Surfside Beach and we really enjoyed it. A big THANK YOU to Dennis for being so responsive to my inquires. We will be back!

Great accommodations. Walkable to many places.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easily walkable to the beach and a handful of restaurants and bars. It was also a quiet and safe location. Owners were extremely responsive and thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo.. Neat as a pin. Clean. Tastefully decorated. We loved the convenience to the beach and several wonderful restaurants. Our first time to this area of SC but this place will call us to return again soon.
