A lovely base for exploring the upper Valais region

"Romantic chalet bijou" is a perfect description: this is an ideal place if you're looking for somewhere quiet and "off the beaten track". Very clean and well equipped (the only thing missing was an iron, but we're happy not to iron our clothes!), and the terrace is lovely. A lovely base for exploring the upper Valais region.

Das Häuschen ist ideal gelegen für Leute, welche die Ruhe schätzen, aber trotzdem gerne unkompliziert und schnell in einer belebteren Umgebung (Brig) sind. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die unterschiedlichsten Wanderungen und sonstigen Unternehmungen.Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man für einen erholsanen Urlaub braucht, die Leiter in den 2. Stock setzt Beweglickeit voraus ...

Es war sehr gemütlich und hatte alles was es für Wanderferien braucht. Nachbar*innen rechts waren angenehm. Einzig mit ÖV nach einer langen Wanderung ist es schon noch ein Stück zum Haus, teils ziemlich steil bergauf vorallem mit Gepäck oder Einkäufen ist das zu berücksichtigen. Mit dem Auto zu kommen ist sicher keine schlechte Idee!

Mooie locatie, maar wel wat behelpen.

Inpandige trapje en luik: niet geschikt voor zwaarlijvige mensen en mensen die wat minder mobiel zijn. Buitentrap: gelukkig weinig regen, maar anders behelpen. Wij zijn zelf 70 ers, maar we konden ons behelpen. Parkeerplaats bij kapel: regelmatig landbouwmachines; we konden niet altijd een plek vinden. Maar toch hadden we een prima verblijf.

Danke für die Bewertung. Es freut mich, dass der Aufenthalt toll war. Die Luke und die Treppe sind auf den Fotos gut erkennbar. Hier bedarf es einer Selbsteinschätzung im Vorfeld. Die Heuernte gehört zum Dorf und prägt diese alpine Kultur.

Schönes, ruhiges Hideaway

Sehr angenehme ruhige Umgebung. Im Dorf gibt es ein Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Schöne Lage in altem Dorfkern. Das Häuschen hat alles, was mensch braucht. Für 2 Personen sehr passend. Schöne Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Etwas Geschicklichkeit beim Leitersteigen in die 1. Etage erforderlich.

Das Chalet ist klein und gemütlich. Es gibt eine Kleiderkommode und diverse Kleiderbügel im 2. Stock. Für einen Kleiderschrank fehlt der Platz.

Einfach und trotzdem komfortabel

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem gemütlichen kleinen Chalet in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage, das einfach gehalten ist und trotzdem alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Besonders die zweite Toilette im OG ist praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Tolle Gegend und Unterkunft

Wer auf Natur und Aktivurlaub steht, wird nicht viel bessere Gegenden finden. Einfach toll und man wir haben in 10 Tagen nicht alles geschafft. Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll und bietet im Original Schweizer Stil alles was man braucht. Wirklich sehr zum empfehlen

Fantastisch!

Das Chalet ist wirklich ein Bijou! Ich kann wirklich nur positives schreiben. Es ist sauber, hat alles wo mensch braucht (auch eine Bialetti) und die Kommunikation war super! Vielen Dank und wenn ich wieder mal Ferien im Oberwallis machen will, ist dieses Chalet auf jeden Fall meine erste Wahl!
