St. Augustine Historic District, a neighbourhood in St. Augustine, is home to this holiday home. World Golf Village is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Anastasia State Park and Vilano Beach. Bayfront Carpet Golf and Potter's Wax Museum are also worth visiting.
I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to hear that. When I bought this house, the courtyard with no courtyard at all. I don’t get there very often but it’s one of my favorite places in Florida. I just hope that the fountain was working because sometimes leaves off the grandfather Oak block it. You’re always welcome thank you for your visit!
John’s house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, in an excellent location within easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Lori you’ve been wonderful from booking through checkout. You have been delightful, and we really hope you can come again soon! 🌞🌴❤️
The house was incredible and in a perfect location where you can walk to many of the attractions. I would stay again at this house next time I am in the area!
Girls trip was a success here, close enough to walk to historic downtown, shops, restaurants, and sites. Great courtyard to hang out in the shade of a big Oak. We enjoyed the house greatly!
We have stayed in many short term rentals over the years and this was the cleanest one we’ve ever stay in. The house was charming and it was perfect for our needs. It was also within walking distance to the historic district. Can’t recommend it enough!
Absolutely beautiful property with alot of attention to detail. Beautifully decorated; spacious and tons of character. Highly Recommended. Would definitely stay again!
We came to town for a family wedding and the house was the perfect quiet getaway for our family. Convenient location - right next to a stop on the trolley line at the Oldest House. A quick walk up the block has you up at the water. Lots of historic charm and the courtyard is beautiful. Also the beds were very comfortable.
This house was amazing for our group of 8. Our 2 families vacation every year and this house and location was the best in a long time. The house was very charming and walking distance of all some great stops in St. Augustine. We'd recommend this for any group with older children.
We lived in St. Augustine for 17 years and came back to visit friends. We have stayed in a few places since we have been gone but decided to stay in a location near downtown. This home had charm, and room and was perfectly located. Stacy was an amazing host that was communicative throughout our stay and leading up to it. It was a great visit and a location we will definitely stay at again.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and fairly quiet. Lots of history right around the house. Easy walking from downtown. Note that the bathroom on the second floor is a garden style tub and shower and was challenging for the older folks. Other than that, nice place.
We were able to walk to the Old Town quite easily. Parking at the property can accommodate only 2 mid-size cars. Beds were very comfortable. Appliances were in almost new condition.
This 3 story house decorated in dark woods and Spanish pictures and ceramics sleeps 8 and is only a short walk from the harbor and town. It has a marvelous walled patio with an imposing, tall fountain. It is an oddly shaped house inside which is part of its charm. It is well managed and maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Love this place! Historic home that allows you to be immersed into the history of the oldest city in the US. We stayed for a long weekend, four nights. Every morning we ate breakfast out in the beautiful courtyard. The historic home has all the modern conveniences, but still feels historic. We were able to walk to all the museums, restaurants and entertainment areas of old town. We will definitely be back.
The house was perfect! We had to contact the host about the cable. it was not relevant to our stay as we don’t need the WiFi. However, she was very quick to respond. The house is beautiful and close walking distance to shops and dining. The back courtyard was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would stay there again!
We stayed with family for a short visit to see the beautiful lights of the city before they were taken down for the year. The home is awesome and the courtyard is really the best part of the house! We spent a lot of time outside enjoying it! The house is within walking distance from the downtown historic district and in a safe nice neighborhood… we rent places at least a couple times a year here and would definitely rent here again. House is well kept, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable… totally enjoyed it with our group of 8
We stayed the week before Christmas. The location is walking to everything. It is over a few streets so it is much quieter. The house is large and beds are very comfortable. The second floor shower is a deep garden tub so it would be more difficult for some to get in and out of. We cooked a lot and had all the things we needed. Just be sure to bring spices etc. the back courtyard is so lovely. The hop on train stops next door which is convenient. Our senior beagle loved the house also! The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. The house is old so it has it’s character but we absolutely loved our stay!
Really nice part of town within walking distance of the main entertainment areas. But at the same time in a quiet street. An old building, so don’t expect a traditional layout. Furnished well, but kitchen is dated. Has a nice courtyard too. We had a minor issue (plumbing in an old building) which made one of the two showers (no bath) inoperable. But the host sorted the problem promptly,
