Big Pine Lake Retreat - 200ft of Private Lakeshore!


Come to our expansive and private lake retreat featuring 200ft of lakeshore with plenty of room for your family and friends to enjoy the lazy, relaxing days of summer on Big Pine Lake. Memories are to be made as you enjoy time with family and friends out on the water, eating on the deck or laughing around the fire. Imagine yourself overlooking beautiful Big Pine Lake while listening to the loons. Minnesota at it's finest!

We are excited to have you experience our home and the beauty of Big Pine Lake! Our home can sleep up to 16 people as we have 4 bedrooms (1 King, 4 Queens, 1 Full) a Queen sofa sleeper, and 2 Queen luxury blowup beds which can be put in the basement family room and are comfy! A downstairs family room with large screen tv and bar area provides a great place for the kids to hang out as well! We are conveniently located only 1/4 mile from a public access for you to launch a boat and enjoy time out on the lake.
Outdoors we have a rip rap shoreline and a dock with a ladder to a swimming area, a Lily Pad for the kids, floaties, and 2 SUPs for water fun! We also have lifejackets available for most sizes kids to adults. Enjoy an outdoor basketball game or a variety of provided lawn games next to the outdoor firepit patio or relax in the hammock - a great way to unwind after a lake day! Evening dinners on the deck are always relaxing and the gas grill makes cooking easy for you on vacation! If you don't feel like cooking there are many great restaurants just 10 miles away in Perham, MN. While in Perham you may want to enjoy our great small town shops such as the Nest for coffee to start your day or the Goose Gang for some ice cream and games galore! In addition, you will want to check out Disgruntled, our local brewery for a good time!
If it's a rainy day we have a host of family friendly board games to enjoy some time together. We are pet friendly so please feel free to bring your loved pet and we ask that you respect our home just like you would your own - making sure you pick up after them in the yard and don't leave them unattended outside. If you are a pet lover, we also have Chunky and Rue, our two outdoor barn cats that love tummy rubs but no worries if you are not a pet fan or have a dog they are good at making themselves unseen!
We sincerely hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do and look forward to you making amazing memories of your own at our Big Pine Lake Retreat!

Great for a cousins’ getaway

We loved our time at the lake! The house was big enough for 3 families wanting the kids to enjoy a cousins vacation together! We spent most of our time playing in the lake. Use of the standing paddle boards and the Lilly pad were a hit too!

The house was impeccable, clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic layout. The kitchen has everything we needed. The gardens and outdoor spaces were extra special places to sit and visit. The host was super and easy to reach if needed. Our family collectively loved this home! What a hidden gem.

We had the greatest time at this VRBO. Weather, not so good, but there were SO many other things to keep our littles busy and entertained during our stay. The house, barn and property did not disappoint. Hostess was always available for any questions or concerns, of which there were few. And the succulents, oh my!!!!

Lake house

Beautiful property with a comfortable, awesome house. We had our family reunion and there was something for everyone. We had a campfire every night, fishing every day and played corn hole and many more games to choose from. My family said this was best place ever. We rented a pontoon boat and a tube. So much laughter and fun!! The swing was a big hit too!!! Jennifer was great and very kind! We had such quality family time and relaxation!!!
