/2.5 or 3.5 bath house in Grand Oaks subdivision. New owners that are new to the rental market as well. Sharing our little piece of Heaven in Oxford! All linens provided. Centrally located at the Country Club of Oxford to Ole Miss and Oxford.
Important notes: parking for three vehicles…2 in driveway and one in front of home. No access to garage and laundry room.The home has a basement with three bedrooms and a full bath and the main level has the master bedroom and 1.5 baths. There is a unique situation with a ladder off the kitchen leading to a fifth bedroom that has two queen beds and another full bath on the top level of the home. This very top part is to be used at your own risk and discretion as there substandard access to the area. Without this part of the home being accessed the home is a four bedroom, 2.5 bath. If the third floor is accessed the home is a five bedroom, 3.5 bath. The ladder to this part of the home is visible in many pictures on the listing.

Oxford Getaway
This property couldn’t have been better! My friends and I take a trip to Oxford every year and have had trouble finding good places. The house was as advertised and perfected located for our golf trip. The owner was in constant contact and was very flexible. Cannot recommend this home enough!
