Two Story Luxury 3000sq Penthouse

Hello,
We just did a 100% remodel of our home which was completed in May 2026. My wife grew up In Ixtapa, I grew up in Minnesota. ( Our dream was to own an ocean-front home we can share with our family and friends ) We have 3 beautiful Daughters & vacation in Ixtapa as much as we can.
We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Great Location

We were in a very central location. The hotel employees were very helpful with setting up excursions. A little noisy at night. Otherwise overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Place

This property is beautiful. It has beautiful views to the ocean, very clean and neat. The place looks how the pictures show, if not better. Reid (the owner)and Milagro (one of the managers) are very helpful and amazing people. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would. My whole family loved the place. I will definitely keep booking this property for our future vacations in Ixtapa. RECOMMENDED 100%

A reunion of old friends

The property was absolutely perfect in accommodating the three couples that formed our gathering … the piscina and beach were exactly what was needed to unwind …the stag at Tesoro, although not affiliated with VRBO , were very helpful and friendly … one of the highlights was Axel coordinating a cook to prepare us two traditional Mexican dinners ( one each week of our stay) in the well equipped kitchen in the unit. All in all, the best vacation our group has had in Ixtapa in years

Nice condo, All Inclusive Resort.

The condo was roomy and clean. The four of us were very comfortable. Only one bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. Axle was right there for any questions. The down side of the condo was that it is located in an All Inclusive resort. Very busy pool and area. The back bedrooms are overlooking the shed where very loud music and entertainment occurred every night between 9:00 and 10:00 pm.
