Our stay was great. Ava was a friendly, attentive, helpful host. The condo was clean, updated, and spacious with a great view of the beach and ocean. The property felt safe and secure. We appreciated having garage parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Ava was a great host with an amazing property. Accommodated our early check in request. The view was spectacular. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Everything we needed for the week was already there. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Secure parking included. Would stay with again.
Ava was amazing. After being stranded at LAX, we booked this property at the last minute. It was absolutely fantastic! Ava communicated effectively from the start and continued to do so throughout our stay. Whenever we had questions, she responded quickly. Thank you, Ava, for a wonderful experience.
Nice spot close to the beach and lots of restaurants
Overall our stay was great. This spot is a great vacation getaway near the beach. It does have 3 beds (one is off the living room with a free standing room divider to make it a “bedroom”. This bed doesn’t offer a lot of privacy but worked out fine for us.
There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as a conscience store that sells snacks and alcohol. The Canals are also very close and not a far walk.
Hosts were great and very helpful. Getting in and out of the location can be confusing at first but it gets easier once you discover the side door off the alleyway.

Nice location. Apartment details should be considered.
The apartment was conveniently located, but very difficult to get in and out of without going through the garage. Elevator very slow, apartment needs improvements (bath clogged, window coverings broken, one window inoperable) though otherwise tidy. The agent was very responsive and helpful.
The property is dirty, stains on the couch and carpets. Windows don't close properly and sand was everywhere. The washing machine stained our clothes with what looked like grease and the kitchen sink kept clogging and needed to be manually drained. The host would not give us entry instructions until the last minute and was very difficult to communicate with. DO NOT STAY HERE!
