Well equiped apartment

Nice apartment with beautiful view at the mountains not far away from the skislopes (but you need the car or bus) , very kind hostess, a bakary around the corner and a supermarkt just a few minuts of driving.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wie in fast jeder Ferienwohnung völlig ausreichend. Wir waren zu dritt und mussten öfter mal per Hand spülen, weil die Gläser/Tassen ausgegangen sind, bevor die Spülmaschine voll war. Ist aber für uns nicht tragisch gewesen. Es gibt sogar Fahrräder, die zur freien Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen (ebenfalls in gutem Zustand)! Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker und zu den nächsten Gaststätten sind es ca. 5 min mit dem Auto.

Schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen

Wir haben hier eine Woche zum Skifahren verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus und ist jederzeit ansprechbar, aber nicht aufdringlich. Vor dem Haus ist ein großer Carport zum Parken. Hinter dem Haus fließt ein kleiner Bach, an dem die Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Erholsame Tage

Die Anreise lief unproblematisch, da für uns der Schlüssel hinterlegt wurde. Zum Objekt: richtig schnucklige, moderne FeWo zum wohlfühlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Fußläufig sind viele Wanderziele erreichbar (zB Buchensteinwand, Heimkehrerkreuz, Ulrichshorn, Pillersee). Man hat den Vorteil, dass es sehr ruhig gelegen ist und abseits vom touristischen Trubel. Destinationen wie Kitzbühel oder St. Johann nicht weit entfernt sind. Die charmante Vermieterin steht einen für Fragen und Anregungen immer zur Verfügung. Wir und unsere Vierbeiner haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Gute Lage, große Räume

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Autominuten vom Skigebiet Buchensteinwand entfernt. Ein Einstieg in die Langlaufloipe ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei sowie in der Umgebung einige Gasthäuser und einen Reiterhof. Zum Essen empfehlen wir das Zardini´s Schindldorf in Waidring, wo wir mit Abstand am besten gegessen haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig mit schönen großen Schlafräumen. Es ist alles top sauber und gepflegt. Nichts wirkt abgewohnt oder verbraucht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und bittet zusätzlich zu den normalen E-Geräten eine Spülmaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass es überall genügend Stauraum gibt, da es neben den Schränken ausreichend Kommoden und Schubladenschränke gibt, in die man bei Bedarf seine Sachen unterbringen kann. Im Keller gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Skier, Snowboards sowie die dazu gehörigen Schuhe. Für die Schuhe gibt es sogar eine Trocknungsvorrichtung. Die Besitzer wohnen im selben Haus in der darunter liegenden Wohnung und sind ausgesprochen freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen ansprechbar. Vielen Dank für unseren schönen Aufenthalt.
