Family Friendly Waterfront Beach Condo-Discount for healthcare & firefighters.

Avoid the elevators as much as possible at Laketown Wharf!!! This spacious, beach condo is on the first floor- walk 3 flights of stairs to your vacation paradise. Private beach access only a 5 min walk from the front door. Watch the nightly water show from the private balcony. 5 pools, one hot tub, fitness center, putting green, restaurants both onsite and within walking distance. 15 min drive to Pier Park.

For bookings made from Oct 22, 2022 onward, we offer additional 10% off the base rental rate for military, firefighters, and health care workers! Just send us an inquiry with your dates and I’ll adjust the price for you.

Laketown Wharf guest wristbands and parking pass (2 vehicles) for the parking garage is included in the price. I will send you a link to upload your information closer to check in.

We have a ring security camera outside the front door that will be on for the duration of your stay.

We are Andrea and Ken, we have twins that are 2, and teenagers that enjoy some fun in the sun at the Florida beaches. Andrea is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Ken manages our long term rental properties. We live in Arizona and love traveling as a family. One of our favorite destinations is Panama City Beach. We finally had the opportunity to get a slice of paradise in our favorite place.

We have enjoyed updating the condo to add our love for modern farmhouse with a coastal flair. We hope you enjoy your stay at our place.
