Cozy apartment with lake view, garden terrace
and parking at the house in a historic fisherman's house. The apartment is located in the old town of Sassnitz only 3 minutes from the water, from where you reach the chalk cliffs and the harbor.

Directly in the old town of Sassnitz in the popular Rosenstrasse, which leads directly to the sea. The Rosenstrasse lives up to its name and is lovingly cared for by its residents. Roses decorate the property and the entire street. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The white sandy beach is only 15 minutes by car. The Jasmund National Park is only a 10-minute walk away.

The cozy apartment has a living room with adjoining covered terrace, bedroom with double bed, practical kitchen and modern bathroom with shower. There is also a converted loft for children as a children's bedroom and playroom.

The apartment has a terrace in the garden overlooking the Sassnitz old town. From the living room terrace typical in the construction of the old fishermen's houses, they have views of the sea and the old town. A parking lot is located directly at the house, a rarity in the Sassnitz old town.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung, alles so wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder. Lage ist zentral und man ist schnell am Kai und Hafen. Stellplatz am Haus ist sehr von Vorteil.

Besser geht’s nicht!

Altstadt, Ostsee und der Bäcker unmittelbar vor der Haustür, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, dass die Vermieterin sie sicher selbst gerne nutzt. Es fehlt praktisch an nichts, auch Dinge, die man in anderen Fewos oft vermisst, wie ausreichend Decken und Handtücher oder funktionierende Kochutensilien sind selbstverständlich da. Besonderes Highlight für unseren Dreijährigen war das Spielzimmer unterm Dach mit jeder Menge Spielsachen. Vielen lieben Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub!

Tolle Fewo...

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Man ist schnell an der Promenade/Hafen/Bahnhof oder auch im Jasmunder Nationalpark (für Fahrradtouren, zum Wandern oder auch zum Laufen bestens geeignet!). Fewo ist geräumig, hat ein vernünftig großes Bad und war sehr sauber. Vielen Dank! Rügen ist eine tolle Insel. ;-)

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung im alten Sassnitz

Die Wohnung ist schön im Altstadtteil von Sassnitz gelegen und gut eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist super ruhig und bietet eine schöne Atmosphäre. Ein guter Bäcker ist fussläufig in 2-3 Min. zu erreichen. Im Hafen und den Restaurants ist man zu Fuss in gut 5-10 Min. Leider und daher auch ein Stern Abzug, sind die Kinderzimmer durch die nicht bis zur Decke durchgezogenen Wände vom Wohn- und zum Küchenbereich nur mit einer dünnen Bretterwand getrennt. Somit werden die Kinder durch Geräusche beim schlafen gestört. Dieses liesse sich bautechnisch leicht verbessern;) Die hochen Decken und die dadurch freiligenden Balken geben aber der Wohnung eine schöne und wohlige Atmosphäre. Untermstrich war es ein schöner Urlaub und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rundum zufrieden und glücklich

Der Aufenthalt im Baumhaus war für uns sehr erholsam. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig sehr sauber und sehr bequem, so dass man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gerne innen aufenthält!!

Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Eine sehr großzügige FeWo mit viel Platz, besonders gut auch für Familien mit 2 Kindern geeignet (oben Spielboden mit 2 Kinderbetten). Plus 3.. kleines Zimmer mit einer Schlafgelegenheit. Besonders genutzt haben wir den Erker, von dem man auch das Meer sehen konnte. Einziges Manko war für uns der fehlende Geschirrspüler,war aber nicht schlimm.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der wunderschönen Wohnung in perfekter Lage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist kitschfrei (sehr angenehm!) und man ist sofort "zu Hause". Nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer, die Infrastruktur von Sassnitz ist bestens, ebenso die Anbindung an den ÖPNV (wir waren autofrei unterwegs). Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Das Bett in dem kleinen Zimmer ist bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet, für erwachsene Personen definitiv zu kurz. Und eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher wäre nett, allerdings verbringt man den Urlaub - zumindest wenn es nicht in Strömen regnet - ja ohnehin eher draußen. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderbares Appartement in zentraler Lage in der Altstadt. Super Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden, ob mit unserem Auto oder den Fahrrädern. Und abends an der Mole den Sundowner genießen! Entspannung pur!

Rosengarten vor Ostern

Wir hatten sehr schöne, erhosame Tage in der Villa Rosengarten trotz Schnee und Regenstürmen. Das Haus war gut geheizt und behaglich für vier Personen, die Lage im Ort optimal für Wanderer und Ausflügler per Schiff oder Auto. Man fühlt sich zum Wiederkommen eingeladen.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Flair

In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts (außer Backofen). Wunderschöner Ausblick vom (im Winter natürlich kalten) Wintergarten auf das Meer. Die Gardinchen waren eigentlich überflüssig. Spitzboden war super als Rückzugsraum für unseren Sohn, auch wenn er nicht akustisch getrennt war vom Wohnzimmer. Die Altstadt von Sassnitz ist zauberhaft, herrliche Spaziergänge an der Steilküste und durch den beeindruckenden Buchenwald quasi vor der Haustür.

Wunderschön

Wunderschön gelegen in der Altstadt von Sassnitz , in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und kleinen Lädchen und natürlich zu Ostsee, die hier zu ausgedehnten Strandsparziergängen einlädt. Von hier aus kann man auch wunderschöne Wanderungen starten, die durch Buchenwälder bis hin zum Königsstuhl führen. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.
