This modern holiday home, built in 2018, is quiet, relaxing, luxurious and yet right in the old town of Erfurt. You can simply switch off in this spacious holiday home on around 190 spacious square meters: thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the living area is flooded with light. You can have a barbecue, have breakfast or just enjoy the sun on the terrace. The open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. There is direct access to the water with seating to end the evenings comfortably. The highlight of the house awaits you on the upper floor: your own private wellness area with sauna, shower and bathtub. After an exciting day in Erfurt, what could be nicer than letting your mind wander? The house is equipped according to the latest standards. Throughout the house are electric shutters on the windows, underfloor heating, free WiFi, fire alarms and fire extinguishers. You are in the middle of the old town and reach all sights within a few minutes on foot.

On the street side, in the front area of the Pension Altstadtperle, check in and out. The reception is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Check-in is from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Arrival outside of these times is possible by arrangement.
