This three-story home is an idyllic getaway for families, replete with a game room that offers Ping-Pong, darts, and an arcade game. Utilize the homes' Lake Access card to stroll around the beautiful Lake Arrowhead. After a fun-filled day of mountain adventures, your tranquil retreat offers a private hot tub and two gas fireplaces. Unwind in the comfy Great Room, furnished with a plush leather sectional couch. Stream your favorite shows on the 61-inch smart TV. A gas fireplace provides a warm ambience.

The second living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a dry bar. A third living room is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a 65-inch TV, a table for two, and a gas fireplace. Host a friendly game of Ping-Pong or darts. Test your skill on the arcade game, or select from one of the provided board games. Whip up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances that include a gas range and a French-door fridge. Make use of the handy milk frother to create delectable coffee drinks. When you're ready to eat, gather around the four-person dining table or perch at the kitchen bar that seats three. Slide open the glass doors in the living room and step out to the deck. Fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the two tables with seating for six total. Below the deck, a patio offers seating for four. After a sun-soaked day at the lake, relax in the hot tub. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway.

For scenic views of the area, easy hiking at Tunnel 2 Trail is a 15-minute walk from your retreat. Tee off at Lake Arrowhead Country Club, just a short five-minute drive. In the winter months, drive 17 miles to hit the slopes at Snow Valley. Your retreat is minutes from a variety of shops and restaurants. Lake Arrowhead Village is four miles away and Blue Jay Village is three miles away. Please note that an all-wheel-drive vehicle and snow chains are required to access this home in winter conditions.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
