Tahoe is home to many animals, and you may encounter bears, raccoons, mice, and other wildlife. Meadows host many rodents, which may move toward homes when filled with water or snow.
LOCATION
Walk 12 minutes to Lakeside Beach to enjoy the sun (entrance fee required). Hit the slopes at Heavenly, just 3 blocks away via the Gondola. In warmer months, visit Bijou Golf Course’s driving range (5-minute drive), Zephyr Cove for watersports or horseback riding, or explore nearby casinos. Sample local microbrews at Stateline Brewery or enjoy pizza, s’mores, and live music at Base Camp. For lakefront dining, check out Lakeside Beach House, Riva Grill, or Artemis Lakefront Cafe.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 1 car, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
