In warmer months, visit the driving range at Bijou Golf Course -- a quick 5-minute drive. Check out Zephyr Cove for watersport rentals or horseback riding by day, then explore a plethora of casinos by night.

Walk minutes to sample a flight of local microbrews at Stateline Brewery or head to Base Camp for pizza, s'mores, and nightly live music.

For a fantastic lakefront dining experience, check out the menu at nearby restaurants: Lakeside Beach House, Riva Grill, or Artemis Lakefront Cafe.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 1 car, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
This unit was well located, clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for family of 3-4 . Updated but not overly fancy and reasonably priced. When WiFi stopped working , management helped repair within 12 hours. Very easy walk to Heavenly chairlift and many dining options

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Close to the water and walking distance to shops, it was easy to get around and enjoy nature.

Quiet and relaxing
This is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Very close to a beach, hikes, lovely walks and good food. The place itself is nestled amongst trees and although there are other units that are visible on all sides there is still and woodsy, quiet feeling. Hot tub is great! We met the property manager. He was very helpful and friendly. The pull out in the common area is not comfortable which is common with pull outs. We did miss a few kitchen items but overall our stay was lovely.

Clean and a great location, but a few issues.
Clean, nicely updated, and easy check in and out. The listing is misleading and this is a community hottub that sits directly outside another cabins windows. Had we read the previous reviews calling this out, we likely wouldnt have booked. (Our mistake) The sunken floor outside the shower has also not been addressed. We were frustrated that a listing that advertised beach access and a hottub alloted one towel per guest. We prefer not to use towels covered in sand or chlorine when we get out of the shower. The kitchen is clean, and equiped with the appliances you would expect, but if you intend to cook, bring EVERYTHING. You wont even find a salt and pepper shaker. The location is great and we enjoyed walking to all the shops and restaurants nearby.

2nd time staying
This is our 2nd stay. Previously we stayed in unit 4. Love it, great location, clean and well stocked..no real complaints however the bathroom floor needs fixing, it's sagging and the drain in the shower is also sagging. Also should number unit parking spots...if one person parks badly there is no room for anyone else especially with a larger vehicle. Fully intend to book again this year and would recommend.
