Gorgeous Arizona Room provides open lighting, leather couches, arcade game, board games, bar top and a common area that can accomodate a double size air mattress for 2 additional guests, provided upon request. Re-energize yourself with the steam suana shower or step out onto the brand new deck and take in the night sky stargazing, or relax in outdoor dining area while grilling your favorite BBQ. This hilltop property has driveway parking for 3 vehicles and laundry amenities and is less than a block away from community public launch ramp (with trailer and boat parking) and has easy access to
waterfront bars, restuarants, Emerald Golf course(3 miles), and Blue Water Casino(4.7miles) . Explore outdoor adventures by visiting Buckskin Mountain State Park (6 miles) or River Island State Park (7.6miles).
For your added safety, 3 exterior security cameras are located at front door, back door and deck of property. Cameras do not look into interior spaces. Surveillance devices are used for security and parking purposes only.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking:3 spaces only. Don't park in neighbors' driveway and don't block cul de sac, or you will be towed. Boat parking is available down the hill
BBQ must be cleaned after use and turned off. There will be a $20 charge if not cleaned and a $40 charge if propane valve is left open.
Additional $250 deep cleaning charge will incur if there are any signs of any pets or smoking. Any House/checkout rules not adhered to additional $150

Nice place to stay in Parker.

We rented this property to attend a wedding in Parker. The host was quick to communicate. I like the old scholl arcade game. Our family had a wonderful time.

Absolutely wonderful!!

From booking to checking in to checking out it was a wonderful experience! The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The house is very clean and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this property and hope to be coming back!

The house was nice and roomy for our family. The AC was ice cold which was a blessings, as it was 110 outside. The owners were very responsive to our requests.

Quartzsite RV Show

We were there working the RV show at Quartzsite. The property was what we were expecting. It was clean and easy to get to. We never had to contact the owners and did not experience any problems. Very nice.

Did not meet basic expectations.

Upon arrival, noticed a broken chair on the porch texted picture to owner. Later that evening asked if there was a way to get hot water since there was none in the showers. She just responded that has never happened. Two days after we checked out owner texted a picture of a stain on the carpet, which I do not believe we caused. She accused us of trying to cover it up with the coffee table. I was charged $$$ for cleaning of the carpet. I do not believe we spilled on the carpet and we certainly didn't cover it up. She had no proof we did it and unfortunately I had no proof I didn't. Lesson learned I will now take pictures prior to checking out. I feel that it was just a way for her to get an extra $$$ which is excessive for steam cleaning a small area rug.

Great property, great owners, great time!

This property was pretty perfect for our family trip especially having toddlers. The layout/size comfortably fit two families. The owner was amazing in terms of responsiveness and very friendly. Overall the experience was great! Would definitely stay here and again and recommend it to others.

4th Of July in Parker

The pictures of this listing do not do this property justice. Instructions were clear and very easy to follow. My family loved the arcade game. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the steamer in the shower was AMAZING. Monica was extremely helpful and readily available to answer our questions. She was flexible and stayed in close communication to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We hope to return next year!

The property is nicely updated, and exceeded expectations. Lots of space. Communication with the homeowner and instructions were perfect. Kitchen has all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great for a lake weekend with a bigger group!

The property was very accommodating for our group of 10! Beds are super comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Owners were easy to work with and super polite. Overall location was good, the only complaint we had was the parking at the house. But that was a minor issue! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a big house close to the lake.
