The Rental was as advertised. Just walk out the door and you are on the Beach. The view of the Beach was outstanding. The door code came one hour before check in. A lttle distrubing when you are traveling.

Affordable and clean

Very nice for the money and excellent view. Easy to check in and communication with host was fast and helpful with any concerns or questions. Would stay again!!

Clean, convenient location!

The owner was friendly via communication and the management company was quick to respond to any problems (even on a Sunday! FYI- don't lock the doorKNOB when you leave! There is no key! There's a handy keyless entry pad but I'm old/old school and locked the knob without thinking). The condo was updated and clean. The kitchen had a Keurig (5 pods thrown in!) and a crazy-fancy ninja coffee maker. The beds were comfortable, just be aware that the bunk bed (twin over full) has very little head room between the full and the bottom of the twin on top. Might be fun for young kids. Sad for anyone who has to make the bed 😉. There was a TV in every bedroom. Fluffy towels in the bathrooms! And plenty of beach chairs and a few boogie boards in the outdoor entry area. One negative I'd say- the parking underneath the complex can be really tight if you have a big suv. Telephone pole posts and tight angles in several of the spots. Expect to do 13 Austin Powers back-and-forths if you get one of the tight spots. But overall, I'd stay there again if visiting NMB!
